Joshua "JP" Pearson
JP is a growth and systems strategist with a career rooted in high-pressure environments and human-centered leadership. He began by leading defense contractor teams alongside special operations units in Iraq and Afghanistan. It was there he learned that while strategy wins battles, it’s culture, and care for your people, that gets everyone home.
A three-time founder with experience across B2C and B2B markets, JP later stepped into executive roles in operations and finance, managing manufacturing builds, PE-backed acquisition integrations, and product R&D planning in the industrial sector. Additionally he worked in SaaS sales as a strategic individual contributor, a channel manager, and product commercialization expert. Most recently, he led a consulting firm supporting Fortune 500 companies through complex M&A integrations, operational transformation, and go-to-market execution.
JP now dedicates part of his time to researching, developing, and deploying AI solutions into GTM and Operations teams. He believes the teams of the future will do deeper work with less resources by integrating AI into daily workflows.
